The topic of today’s newsletter is MFH Rigistrasse 26 multi-family complex. Designed by Halter Casagrande Partner AG, this housing project overlooks the Lake Lucerne and enjoys wide views of the city and the surrounding mountains.

Taking advantage of a sloping plot, the building comprises three type of apartments: on the lower level (below the street level) there is a garden apartment; above, three standard single homes; and finally a double-height penthouse.
