Today´s newsletter features a new house designed by Bernardes Arquitetura. The project, a beach house, is located near Guarujá, in São Paulo state. The sloped site with amazing views and the hot weather led Bernardes to the main project decisions.

A wooden screen protects the first floor which contains the bedrooms. The second floor, much lighter than the first one, houses master bedroom, the living and dining room, and a large terrace with pool that overlooks the sea scenery.
